Healthcare CRMs aren't broken because of technology — they're broken because the people using them can't see what's dying. At THB, I uncovered systemic drop-offs across a 12-step patient acquisition funnel. Leads had been silently vanishing for over two years. I redesigned the agent workflow UX, built real-time lead scoring, and created dashboards that made the invisible painfully visible. Three months later: 38% conversion lift, 62% reduction in lead leakage.

“When did a product you shipped actually change someone's life?”
Eight weeks. That's how long it took to go from zero to a live post-discharge patient engagement product at THB. Patients were discharged and forgotten. I defined the protocol framework, designed care journey maps, built automation workflows, and co-ordinated across clinical, tech, and operations. Follow-up rate hit 91%. Patients who might have been readmitted, weren't. That one still matters to me.

Scale teaches you that intuition breaks down fast. At Droom I owned buyer experience for 3–4 million MAUs on a platform with 50M+ registered users. I led AI/ML-powered image search, license plate scanning, fuzzy search, and personalised recommendations — not because it was cool, but because the data showed exactly where users were silently failing. Conversions improved 5.41%. That work became part of the story that helped close a $200M fundraise.

At HomeLane, I went looking for waste and found it in a design-to-manufacturing pipeline where teams were manually reconciling catalog data that had absolutely no reason to be manual. I mapped the process from first principles, automated the reconciliation, standardised the catalog system, and rebuilt the production workflows end-to-end. The result: ₹6 lakhs saved every single month — through relentless clarity about what was actually happening.
